Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at secrethoodie.com! We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges – Non-Custom Items
If you're not completely satisfied with your non-custom hoodie, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging (if applicable) must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to start a return:
Email us at support@secrethoodie.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Custom Orders – All Sales Final
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless:
- The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
- The customization does not match what was submitted
- The item is damaged during shipping
If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@secrethoodie.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if appropriate.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. Custom orders may enter production quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your return is rejected (e.g. item worn, damaged, or outside the return window), we will notify you with the reason.
